READ ALL ABOUT IT!! My roommate and I made the news; three local papers in response to the Condo-conversion flood that is happening all throughout Tampa! We're just one of the many forced to make a decision on whether to stay or leave. I personally don't think I can afford a $257K condo at this point in my life. They won't let me downgrade to a one-bedroom so looks like I will have to leave my quaint village and find another dwelling come November 2005.
