CEO Information Solutions, Inc. is based in Tampa, FL and provides employment and tenant screening solutions with professional research and investigative services. It was a pleasure to recreate this site from the bottom up - implementing fluid Javascript/CSS based dropdowns and some other nice table formatting for report examples. Although I did want to do a bit more with modernizing the logo, I was working within some marketing constraints however was able to use some of those colors throughout the site along with an icon set from Iconfish.com.
The People Who Know Projectors
The fourth generation of Projector People was both a major design overhaul and reorganization of content. The purpose of redesigning the site was to tone down the color palette used in the previous version and call more attention to product features and advertisements. By using CSS standards, we were able to provide more flexibility in separating out the large amount of content and database-driven product line and focusing more on the aesthetics of the site; providing a pleasant e-commerce experience to potential customers. As more of our demographic is beginning to switch from XGA to SXGA monitor resolutions, we finally switched from an SVGA to XGA model...giving us an extra third column used to hold the high-contrast advertisements requested by our sales team.
Custom Art for Home or Business
I'm very pleased to have worked with local Tampa artist Jeff Monsein on the facelift of Splat Paint. Splat Paint offers high quality painted and textured finishes, metal and stone work, as well as murals for your home or business. I think that his new website accurately reflect his amazing artistic ability, attention to detail, and diverse line of services. Also utilized the backend SimpleViewer php-based tool so that Jeff could login and add this own photos and captions as his work progresses in each of this various portfolio galleries.

Corporate Site: From Tables to CSS
The company for which I am employed, Audio Visual Innovations, was up for a redesign after reorganizing some of their product information and services. The main focus was to bring all elements of the website together for a more cohesive, sensible aesthetic that properly reflected AVI's specialty markets. It was important to keep the homepage layout flexible enough to accommodate numerous news and featured articles as well as upcoming events. I was provided very clean photography from featured projects that helped in encouraging proper navigation to each of four main subsections branching from AVI's homepage. While most of the content is dynamic which helped with determining fixed layouts from page to page, some cases called for custom graphics and elaboration to the stylesheets.
Intranet: From Frames to CSS
After several years of talking about an upgrade to the look of AVI's current intranet interface design, time came to update the GUI. It seriously looked like a creation from the very beginnings of HTML; inconsistent font tag use, base system colors, and haphazard columnar layout. After some research, I was able to draft up a few templates and propose a site redesign using current CSS standards. The result: a crisp new facelift that improved speed and design consistency.
